PLAN OPTIONS
Whether you simply want an advisor while on the road, full trip planning, or education from square one, there’s a support option for you!
Our Basic Support plan gets you access to our travel advisor support team as long as you’re a member. This way, you know there’s always someone there for you to connect with while you’re on the road. Unsure how to connect the sewer? Forgot how to hook up your trailer? Confused how to get the electric on? We can help guide you through all of that. It’s an added peace-of-mind so you can enjoy your RV adventure to the maximum. Both options include up to 12 hours of support per month. The only difference between them is whether you prefer communication via email or phone.
After choosing one of our Itinerary Planning options, we start off with a discussion about your needs (like family, pets, RV type, boondocking preference, etc.), then create a customized trip itinerary for you (including parks/activities). We’ll even take care of calling/emailing the campgrounds for you so it’s off your plate. On top of that, we’ll be on call for you during the period of your trip so you can reach out to us if anything unexpected comes up (i.e. maybe you need to troubleshoot an issue or perhaps a change is needed on the route). We’re there for you as your personal concierge.
Want to get started in the RV lifestyle? We know it can be overwhelming. With this package, we’ll meet with you (virtually) to help get you familiar with RV basics and terminology, discuss choosing the right type of RV for you, figure out your vehicle’s tow capacity, ensure you have the proper equipment prior to departing, advise on domicile selection, explain discount memberships, and much more. Includes up to 24 total hours of meeting time. The package also includes one month of our Itinerary Planning ($100 value) once you get on the road at no additional cost!
