Send notifications to customers

You can send an email notification to all customers who have a future booking at your campground. This is done on a per campsite basis. If you need to send a notification all of your customers, you will need to send the notification for each of your campsite types separately.

  1. From your owner dashboard, navigate to Bookings > Send Notification
  2. In Booking Product, select the campsite for which you would like to send a notification for
  3. Enter the Email Subject and Message
    • In the message, you can utilize dynamic tags to add a personalized touch (i.e. Hi {customer_first_name}, regarding your order number {order_number} …)
  4. Leave the Attach .ics file checkbox unchecked
  5. Click the ‘Send Notification’ button
