Why don’t I see the ‘Persons’ tab when adding a new campsite product?
The ‘Persons’ tab settings do not appear when initially creating a new campsite product. Once Crossfire.Network approves the product, you will be able to see the tab and associated settings to edit. You can read detailed instructions for managing persons here.
Can I sell other products besides campsites?
Yes. We can assist you with adding other products for sale. This is useful if you would like to offer addon purchases (i.e. firewood) to your customers. If this is something you require, please contact us and we will help you get it added.
What if I made a mistake on a listing?
If no bookings have been made on the listing yet, you can simply make the necessary correction and Update the product. If the mistake is realized after a booking has been made, you will need to contact the customer to advise them of the correction and immediately update the product on camping.crossfire.network. If you need to delete a product entirely, you can do so by hovering over the title then clicking on ‘Trash’.
