Block off specific booking dates for a campsite

You have the ability to block off specific date ranges for a particular campsite. This is useful if an in-person customer filled the site and it is no longer bookable.

1. From your owner dashboard, navigate to Products > All Products and click on the desired campsite to edit it
2. Click on the ‘Availability’ tab in the ‘Product data’ section (below ‘Attributes’ and above ‘Rates’)
3. At the bottom of the tab section, you will see a range table
4. In the ‘Range type’ column dropdown, you can select from the following four options:
   • Custom date range
   • Range of months
   • Range of weeks
   • Range of days
5. In the ‘From’ and ‘To’ columns, select the start and end dates of the non-bookable period
6. Ensure the ‘Bookable’ column dropdown is set to ‘No’
7. If you need to add another date range, you can click on ‘Add Range’ to add a row

Once finished, remember to Update the product
